Privacy notice
Shivanshiya Management Private Limited uses the information described below to operate this website, respond to business enquiries, recruit staff, and manage employment and client services.
Information and purposes
Enquiries: your name, contact details, company, and requirements help us respond and discuss services. Applications: your contact details, experience, résumé, optional photo, qualification and supporting documents help us assess your application.
Client accounts: your sign-in identity, service requests and replies help coordinate services. Employee records: contact and employment details, attendance times, breaks, work locations and summaries, leave and change requests, documents, salary and payment records, and review notes support employment administration, payroll and applicable record-keeping.
Security records include sign-in actor IDs, API action paths, outcome status and timestamps. Temporary rate-limit records use hashed keys. Attendance correction history records the original session, approved changes, reviewer and time. We do not collect passwords, GPS coordinates, camera footage, or microphone recordings through the attendance system.
Operational records may also include team assignments, sales and payment evidence, leads, training, quality reviews, employee requests, policy acknowledgements, client-company access, projects, quotes, contracts, invoices, shared documents, conversations, notification records and change history. These support the relevant recruitment, employment and service-delivery purpose.
Access and storage
Records and files are held in the website’s hosted database and file storage. Access uses ChatGPT sign-in. Authorised staff with assigned HR, recruitment, finance or operations permissions review enquiries, applications and employment records. Clients access their own service requests. Active employees access their own employment records and published salary statements. Internal staff notes and security/compliance reviews are restricted to administrators.
Notifications appear inside signed-in dashboards. When the company enables service email, a delivery queue records the recipient and a generic account-update message. An authorised owner reviews and submits it through the configured Resend email provider. Emails contain a sign-in link rather than private payroll or client details; provider acceptance is recorded separately from verified inbox delivery. When SMS or WhatsApp is enabled, documented channel-specific consent, phone number, approved service-message payload, provider reference and delivery status are recorded. Authorised staff submit reviewed notifications through Twilio; recipients can contact the company to withdraw permission. Uploaded files receive size and type checks. When security scanning is enabled, file bytes are sent to Cloudmersive, and a clean result tied to the stored file version is required for normal download. Scanner errors block acceptance. We do not use optional tracking cookies on this website.
Authorised owners can download recovery bundles containing records and uploaded files. These exports contain personal information and must be kept in restricted, encrypted storage. Local archive verification checks contents without uploading the archive or changing production data.
If you choose the live AI assistant, your question and recent chat messages are sent to the configured OpenAI API provider. The website does not save those chat bodies in its database, and the assistant cannot access private employment/client records or execute actions. The request disables API response storage; provider processing policies still apply. Do not enter sensitive information into AI chat.
If you open payment checkout, Razorpay handles the payment interface. This website stores order/payment references, invoice amounts and verification outcomes, not your card details. Test captures are kept separate from live invoice balances.
Retention and your choices
Signed-in users may submit a privacy request through their portal. Requests are reviewed for identity, purpose and applicable retention duties. Documenting a request does not immediately erase statutory or contractual records.
We review records for the purpose for which they were collected and applicable statutory retention requirements. Employment, wage and audit records may need to be retained after a request for deletion. A request is reviewed before any erasure; this website does not automatically erase statutory employment records. Optional application documents can be omitted. Do not upload unnecessary identity, banking, health or other sensitive documents.
Contact, correction and deletion requests
To ask about access to your information, correction, deletion, withdrawal of a submission, or a privacy concern, email support@shivanshiyamanagement.pro or call +91 8920365829. Identify the record concerned without emailing passwords or unnecessary identity documents. We may need to verify ownership before releasing or changing personal data. Requests that affect legal record-keeping are reviewed with those obligations in mind.
Contact address: Lakhisarai, Bihar, India. This notice describes the website’s processing; it is not a certification of statutory compliance.
