Information and service agreements

Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract. Service scope, fees, staffing, service levels, data responsibilities and payment terms must be agreed separately in a written quote or contract. Sample workflows are demonstrations and do not confirm real bookings or transactions.

Accounts and acceptable use

Use your own authorised sign-in account and provide accurate information. Access only records you are entitled to see. Do not upload malicious files, impersonate another person, misuse another person’s information, or attempt to bypass permissions.

Applications and employment
